AFM legt boete op aan voormalig Fortis
De Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) heeft op 19 augustus 2010 twee bestuurlijke boetes van in totaal 288.000 euro opgelegd aan Ageas SA/NV, voorheen Fortis SA/NV (statutair gevestigd te Brussel), en Ageas N.V., voorheen Fortis N.V. (statutair gevestigd te Utrecht) voor het niet tijdig publiceren van koersgevoelige informatie.
